Weddings
The Chaplain on Madeira does not have the legal authority to carry out a wedding ceremony; any celebration of a wedding must have been preceded by a legal church wedding or civil ceremony elsewhere. But our church and gardens, situated in the benign climate of a sub-tropical island, offer a beautiful environment for a wedding blessing or renewal of wedding vows, and what better way to celebrate the most important day of your life than when you are on holiday. Our Chaplain would be delighted to officiate on such an occasion.

Wedding of Katie and Graham Orridge
This was not the biggest wedding that has been held at Holy Trinity, but it was indeed a very special occasion. They say ´small is beautiful´ and that described the day.
Wedding of Colin and Shirley Couch - Saturday 16th July
Colin and Shirley have a time share here in Madeira and have been married for 3 years, but they felt that their civil wedding was not as meaningful as they wished.
